Our design staff has most recently completed the $9 million dollar renovation of the Holiday Inn Ventura, California that included design, purchasing, and installation, for conversion to a Crowne Plaza hotel, as well as the $1 million dollar renovation of the public space at the Four Points by Sheraton in Miami Beach, as well as a new Indigo boutique hotel for InterContinental Hotels Group.  We have provided interior design, purchasing, and installation service for many successful “turn key” hospitality projects, including Holiday Inns, Sheratons, Radissons, Hilton Hotels, Ramada Plazas, Hampton Inns, Embassy Suites, and many other brands.  Most recently, our staff has worked on a number of up-market boutique properties that require a very residential approach to design.
